Ro Nowak

Hi! I'm Ro. I'm a writer and researcher from Germany who has been living in England since the autumn of 2020. When I'm not writing fiction, poetry, and blog posts (for example book reviews), I work as a support worker for disabled students. I am also a PhD candidate in English literature. In my dissertation I explore monstrous plants in horror, Gothic, and weird fiction. My own writing is centered around similar topics and atmospheres - I like texts that are dark and strange, and I can never resist a (fictional) murderous plant.
